How I Train:
UNIMATE

This product increases fat oxidation (burn your own body fat), increases ketones, and increases your body's own GLP1 production (all the benefits and none of the side effects of GLP1 drugs), and reduces food cravings. In addition, it increases your liver's production of glutathione.

For weight loss consume 1-2 packets of Unimate daily. Ideally first thing in the morning and again in the afternoon. Recommend pairing with Balance (see info below)

Take one serving before your biggest meal (or meal that has carbohydrates) or take first thing in the morning to help with intermittent fasting.

I take 1 serving in the evening before dinner. Dinner is my largest meal and it contains carbohydrates. I have found my bowel movements are more regular and I have less overall gas and bloating when I use Balance.

I love coffee so much. This makes coffee taste like a sweet treat! This combines the patented Yerba mate concentrate with coconut oil and MCT. It's the definition of delicious!

Use 1-2 servings a day. Mix with coffee or your choice. Depending on how strong you like your coffee, you might do 1 packet of Unimate Salted Caramel with 1/2 serving of coffee and 1/2 serving of hot water.

I use 1 packet with 8 ounces of coffee and 4 ounces of hot water first thing in the morning before heading out to run. This keeps me full and allows me to burn more fat for fuel (even at higher heart rates and faster paces) than I would if I was consuming traditional, sugar based coffee drinks or carbohydrate based pre workout drinks or snacks.
